This first picture is the color of our granite counter tops - tan/brown

This second picture is the kitchen floor tile on the left and our hardwood (for the living room) on the right.






















This fourth picture is the color and style of cabinets I would like to go with. The style is Shaker (flat door with a flat trim around the edge.) There will be no glass in the doors anywhere. The color is an off-white (would be the same as all the trim in my house).


















Iam polling the general audiance for opinions. Some feel that white makes it look too "cheap" others think it makes it look "open and clean".

The floor plan of the house means that when you walk in the front door you basically can stand in the living room and look all the way across the main floor to see the kitchen and island.

Other options that have been expressed is to do a cinnamon color to make it feel warm. Or a mocha (dark brown) to match the countertop.
